HOW DO I MAKE THE PAYMENT FOR THE TRIP?

This payment is made in two parts: 30% of the trip value (non-refundable in case of cancellation) at the time of booking to secure your place, and the remaining 70% in a single payment once the trip is confirmed.

We advise you to make your reservation as soon as possible to guarantee your place. For more information regarding bookings, please consult our Terms and Conditions.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE TRIP IS CANCELLED?

No trip is confirmed until you receive an email with trip confirmation. After this confirmation, in the event that Lusco-Fusco Slow Journeys has to cancel the trip, the money paid will be refunded in full to the customer. If it is the traveler who cancels, the terms and conditions apply.

WHAT IF I NEED MEDICAL ASSISTANCE DURING THE TRIP?

All trips include insurance with medical coverage. Additionally, our team is prepared to provide support when needed and is familiar with local health services.

DO MEALS TAKE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS INTO ACCOUNT?

Yes. We always ask in advance about intolerances, allergies or dietary preferences, and adjust meals as necessary.

The atmosphere is familiar and welcoming. The trips are made in small groups, with people of the same age range, which facilitates new friendships. Many of our travelers come alone... and return with new friends!
