DETAILED ITINERARY

Day 1: Aveiro, the Portuguese Venice
We begin with a moliceiro boat ride through Aveiro’s famous canals, followed by a visit to the Chapel of São Gonçalinho and the City Museum. After lunch, we explore the Art Nouveau Museum and taste the authentic ovos moles at the historic Pastelaria Peixinho. The evening ends with a traditional caldeirada à Aveirense.

Day 2: Costa Nova
We set off for the stunning Costa Nova, where the iconic striped houses create a dreamlike setting by the sea. We visit the local market and climb to the top of the Barra Lighthouse for an unforgettable panoramic view. After lunch, visit the Ílhavo Maritime Museum and its fascinating codfish aquarium.
